Yojimbo offers complete rich text formatting tools in the Information pane. You can even create Notes and their contents right in Yojimbo. Most often, though, notes come from other sources, like this recipe does.
Serial Number Items
Store all your software license codes in Serial Number Items. You can use them for all sorts of other things—hardware serial numbers (use Yojimbo instead of trying to read it off of the back of your monitor), serial numbers for the watches in your collection, or a home inventory.
Password Items
Store Passwords, Credit Card numbers (including the 3 digit security code) for online shopping convenience and bank PIN numbers. If you hide the password, it shows as dots and requires your Yojimbo password to unhide.
