What do you do? I design and implement applications for the Web.
When did you start using BBEdit? I first downloaded BBEdit Lite to help me learn HTML in the mid 1990s while in high school. I recently found an old photo of me from 1996 or so wearing a "BBEdit: It doesn't suck" T-shirt. Nobody else will ever see this photo.
What do you make? How does BBEdit help? I make software including APIs, websites, and applications. I also do most of my writing in BBEdit before I paste it into wherever it's going to live. BBEdit is reliable, stable, fast, and doesn't require me to constantly tweak its configuration.

What's your favorite project that BBEdit has helped bring to life? I've used BBEdit for pretty much everything I've done since about 2006, so picking a favorite isn't easy. The most fun thing I ever worked on was Dabble DB, a now defunct web database product. Of things that are public and people might have heard of, probably analytics.twitter.com or the Twitter Ads API.
Which feature is your favorite? The command line tools are great, particularly `bbresults` which I use constantly. Honorable mention to multi-file find and replace.
