What do you do? Teacher/researcher in Computer Science
When did you start using BBEdit? It was before the first commercial release, probably 1991.
What do you make? How does BBEdit help? I write a lot of example code, lectures, tutorials, notes, etc. The examples are usually small code snippets and the text is usually Markdown (sometimes LaTeX) which is then converted to whatever.
As long as I'm in BBEdit I can concentrate on whatever I'm doing because BBEdit will stay out of the way and just work.
What's your favorite project that BBEdit has helped bring to life? Actually, any course I create ... I don't have to think about BBEdit, I don't need to get upset about crashes, that things doesn't work, etc. As long as I'm in BBEdit I can concentrate on whatever I'm doing because BBEdit will stay out of the way and just work.
Which feature is your favorite? That it never crashes, and that whenever I think that I need to submit a feature request I usually discover that BBEdit already has this feature.
