Important Notice (23 March, 2020)

Effect as of 12:00 noon (EDT) on 24 March 2020, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts has ordered that “non-essential” businesses are to close their physical workplaces and facilities, until (at least) 3 May, 2020.

Accordingly, our place of business will be closed for the duration. However, our Technical Support, Customer Service, and product development operations will be continuing uninterrupted, insofar as these are able to function without a physical workplace.

If you need assistance with a previously placed order, please use our customer service contact form or send email to our customer service email address and you’ll receive an email response as quickly as possible (usually within a business day).

Please note that for the duration of the enforced office closure, we are unable to provide customer service via telephone.

Product availability

Our web store (excluding merchandise) and presence in the Mac App Store are completely unaffected by the current emergency. Feel free to purchase our products as needed; we appreciate your business.


Orders placed through our merchandise store are processed by an outside fulfillment house. Order processing and shipping may be delayed; we apologize for that and appreciate your patience.

Operating hours

Our hours for customer service and technical support are Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm US Eastern time, excluding holidays. Inquiries received outside of those hours will be reviewed the next business day.
