Additions

  • No new features were added in Yojimbo for iPad 1.0.4.

Changes and Fixes

  • Fixed a bug in which trying to start a synchronization while the iPad was already in the middle of waiting for a response from the desktop would cause all sorts of things to get out of whack, ending with a "could not find the desktop" alert.

  • "failed synchronization" alerts now only appear for manual sync attempts, to eliminate intrusive behavior in situations where your Mac is not available to answer the syncing handshake.

  • Increased the amount of time that the iPad will sit around waiting for the desktop client to respond to a sync handshake.

  • The iPad sync client no longer uses reachability to preflight connection attempts. Instead, it will report an error for manual sync attempts if the setup fails.

  • Please note that the iPad synchronization and pairing fixes require version 3.0.2 or later of Yojimbo for Mac OS X. Please see here for more information.
